The Test Panty Liner (TPL) contains a pale yellow indicator strip that reacts to pH levels greater than 5

Amniotic fluid typically has a pH level greater than 6.5

The kit includes plastic drying boxes for testing and storing the indicator strips

Directions for Use:

Wash your hands and dry them with a clean towel

Unwrap the Test Panty Liner (TPL) that contains a removable pale yellow indicator strip

Attach the TPL to your underwear, ensuring the pale yellow indicator strip sits directly against your external genital area

Wear the TPL as you would wear a regular panty liner until you feel wetness

If the TPL gets wet, prepare the enclosed plastic drying box

Remove the indicator strip from the TPL

Lay the indicator strip on the white cloth in the open plastic drying box and close the box

Dispose of the TPL

Check the colour of the strip after 30 minutes

If the indicator strip turns blue or green, it is likely that the fluid leak is amniotic fluid. Consult your physician or go to the hospital without delay
