Bifido is a hard gelatin probiotic preparation indicated for use as a dietary supplement. Bifido contains spores of lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus rhamnous, bifidobacterium longum and saccharomyces boulardi. Probiotics are good bacteria that are present in the gut flora, they produce enzymes and also arrest the growth of harmful bacteria.
