Hysoft 0.18% Eye Gel is a medicine used to provide relief from discomfort and irritation caused by dry eyes. It forms a protective and hydrating layer on the surface of the eye, increasing the eye’s ability to retain moisture. This way it reduces discomfort caused by dry eyes. Hysoft 0.18% Eye Gel is for external use only. It is usually instilled/applied whenever needed. Use it exactly as advised by your doctor. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering any other medication in the same eye to avoid dilution. Do not use the medicine if the seal is broken before you open it. To avoid contamination, do not touch the tip of the container to any surface.
