Laxikem Syrup

Laxikem Syrup is a laxative used in the management of constipation. It contains milk of magnesia and liquid paraffin, which provides immediate chronic constipation relief. It also reduces stomach acid and increases water in the intestines which may induce defecation. Milk of magnesia is an osmotic-type laxative, that helps to cause movement of the intestine, while liquid paraffin lubricates the bowel and softens the stool.
