Plum Rice Water & 10% Niacinamide Serum is a lightweight milky texture serum that helps fade blemishes and brightens and smoothens the skin. The serum soothes and moisturises the skin to reduce dark spots and blemishes. Niacinamide is a water-soluble form of vitamin B3 that clears blemishes and brightens the skin. Rice ferment extracts smoothens skin texture and improves skin tone. Liquorice brightens and soothes inflammation, redness, and irritation on the skin.
