Sofradex F Cream

Sofradex F Cream is a combination of three medicines: Dexamethasone, Framycetin and Clotrimazole. Dexamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Clotrimazole is an antifungal medication. It kills and stops the growth of the fungi by destroying its cell membrane. Framycetin is an antibiotic.
