Vedagen Probiotics Veg Capsule Carefully selected strains of beneficial bacteria and yeast consisting of 9 strains of lactobacillus, 5 strains of bifidobacterium, 1 streptococcus thermophilus and 1 yeast Saccaromyces boulardii per vegetable capsule. It helps maintain a healthy gut microbiota by supplementing the good ones.Since 70% of our immune system is along the gastrointestinal tract, the gut microbiota even plays an important role in immunity. In addition to the probiotics, this capsule contains probiotic fructooligosaccharides to keep the probiotics alive in the capsule hence there is no need for refrigeration.  Prebiotics are natural fibres that stimulate the growth and activity of probiotic bacteria.
